a person that -ssumes everyone owes him something. even though he contributes nothing he believes he needs a share. he believes he is the sole proprietor of life. uses the ability a broad does to put people in trances and snakes his way into your wallet.
downing syndrome; when throwing down on large purchases “oh i forgot my wallet” or “oh i only have my checkbook” or “oh the banks closed”
that guy has downing syndrome.
