an idiotic, stupid, r-t-rded, dumb, ugly, rejected, neglected, outcasted, annoying, dreadful person. often used as human meat shield or stress relief due to their outragous course of action towards normal people. they tend to verbally, or physically attack people who are just p-ssing by and minding their own business, and when provoked they rage out at the provokers.
