an expression used when someone says something that sounds so unbelievable, incoherent or out of context that would only make sense if the other people in the conversation were under the effect of hallucinogens.
the meme is originally from brazil and is usually ill-strated by a laughing police dog in front of a enormous pile of drug packages, with the words “riariariariaria! dorgas, mano!”, meaning exactly “lol! durgs, bro!” in english. the dog’s head may also appear into a spinning color spiral, with the same inscriptions.
