one who sniffs his or her finger (s) immediately following an intentional whisping sweep of the genitalia area of their body. this act is generally performed as a cleanliness -ssessment.
john from human resources is totally a finger smeller. he stood by the copier about three times with his hand underneath his nose while he had a coffee. i almost mistook him for a tool-sniffer.
