flipping a b-tch is making an illeagal u-turn, usually done in the middle of a street or over a double line. often times resulting in your p-ssengers freaking out or sh-tting their pants.

when driving, this is to indicate that you must make a “u-turn”.
you p-ssed it up holmes, flip a b-tch and go back the other way.
