the really annoying act of when a person is eating food really slowly, which makes you want to grab the food and shove it up their -ss. it can be also done with fluids as the person tends to take a sip of a drink and put it back in the fridge for the next day.
guy: hey fred, wanna go to mac’s?
fred: nooom, nooom, nooom….
guy: jesus fred, stop being a food camper!
fred: nooom, nooom, nooom….-slap-
