this describes one who deliberately wrongs one or a few enough item questions in an online or written examination provided that he/she at the same time has a guilt free answer key with them.
on a side note this can also indicate one who intentionally deceives apathetic authority by showing false authenticity granted when one is being -ssessed by the latter.
