ggu meaning get gooned up, is a large group of people from the allentown/610 area of pennsylvania. they are more of a family than anything sharing similar beliefs and lifestyles. they always seem to have a good time and are always together. it started with a brotherhood of three and ended up with countless followers/members. the goons are not a very serious group of individuals and they make the best out of every situation of which they are faced but they are definitely not anything to mess around with since they are so close and family like. the saying “what is a dog?” is used frequently between them. all in all you will not meet a more unique group of people.
