typically refers to people that are half white half asian.
those with hapa syndrome believes that they are better than full asians, just because they have some white blood in them and look kinda white.
believes asians are being whiny when they complain about racism, and those with hapa syndrome find these racial comments and jokes funny.
there is no cure for hapa syndrome.
