a word used by wannabe-wannabe hipsters looking to make their photos more vintage-y. they vaguely remember what the app is called for their mobile device since seeing it on an equally wannabe-wannabe hipster friend’s device.
they search hipstagram instead of instagram or hipstamatic.
i need to download that hipstagram app so i can be hipster too
noun – when someone posts an photo on instagram that is of a hipstery-nature. it could be a picture of his/her meal, or perhaps an artistic selfie with an obscure filter.
becky: oh my gosh did you see suzy’s latest hipstagram post?
gina: yeah, and like how many times do you need to see a salad before they’re all the same?
