also known as homeless w-ng, alley sack or junkyard junk. hobopeen refers to the dong piece of a homeless man. usually seen upon “flashing” the unfortunate viewer or during randy rubbish love making or shelter s-x. it is commonly believed to be a sign of good luck or even good s-x for the next seven years.
