Kafween
a common nickname for “kathleen” sometimes with a “boo” added on to the end if her friends are really sappy. kafween is only a nickname used for the sweetest, most pure and reasonable and selfless kathleens. in order to be called this, kathleen must possess certain traits, such as beauty, generosity, kindness, and a good temper. no sl-tty or stupid or annoying girls can be called kafween, especially not girls who have more than one of the proceeding traits.
