“kareshi” is used in j-panese to refer to the male 3rd person (he, him), but as also taken on the meaning of boyfriend. can also be shortened to “kare”
watashi no kareshi wa anata no yori sekushii yo.
my boyfriend is s-xier than yours.
literally “my ‘him’ is s-xier than yours”
