a ketchup face is a person who has a very pale white face with big red lips, usually a skinny teen.
look at that little kid over there, he’s such a ketchup face!
a guy or girls face after he or she goes down on a woman who is on her period.
we knew maureen was on her period because when john came out of her room he had a total ketchup face.
