the act of placing your foot flat on a object(preferably the higher the object is off the ground the better), causing one’s same leg to contort into a 90 degree or less angle at the knee, thus presenting one’s b-ttocks in a desirable fashion. arching one’s back adds to the delight and increases the number of prospects observing.
