a word only used when imcompetant people cannot express thier laughter in any way other than sounding like they have a serious mental illness. people who usually use this word either
a) are complete illiterate imbeciles
or b) thinks that by sounding like a child who is on multiple medication and has been dropped multiple times that they are sounding funny/clever/cute which, in reality, they might as well just say epic fail.
