1. (noun) unit of measure describing an embarr-ssingly weak effort. 500 milli–ss = half–ss.
2. (adj) when you can’t even be bothered to half–ss.
3. (verb) doing a job at much below half–ss performance.
i put maybe 4 milli–ss of effort into finishing that report, but hey, it’s done!
chloe did a milli–ss job of cleaning the kitchen. it’s still disgusting.
