in reference to the high population and prominence of first nations in winnipeg manitoba, the intersection of queen st. west and bathurst in toronto and particularly the north west corner, notable for its collection of derelict, potentially homeless first nations people. despite being located in the middle of the commercial fashion district, the meeting place social -ssistance house attracts a consistent presence of native canadians usually found within meters of a tall can or two of labbat wildcat.
