the name of a serial killer, tsutomu miyazaki, who was executed by hanging in the year 2008.
he kidnapped and killed four girls, ages 4 to 7.
the girls were mutilated, and miyazaki sent their burnt remains sent back to the girls’ families.
he was also a cannibal, as he ate the hand and drank the blood of one of his victims, of course, after s-xually violating her corpse, like he did to all four of the girls.
