morally deficient
a person who is morally deficient is someone who walks the legal line staying in the boundary of the law but teeters on the edge of committing a crime against another person making their life a “legalistic” one as opposed to a “moral” one, which if truly lived would need no laws to apply.
legally he did not commit rape because he had s-x with someone above age who reluctanly consented but he committed moral rape and/or is morally deficient because she was not a 100% willing to consumate the relationship.
