Nassau County
the most expensive suburb in the united states. located on long island, right outside new york city. a small home in a bad neighborhood will be about $250,000 minimum. nicest areas are along the south sh-r- or north sh-r-. the closer you are to water, the better. lots of rich jews. if you are moving to long island, consider any of these areas:
south sh-r-:
m-ssapequa, seaford, merrick, bellmore, wantagh, woodmere, hewlett, franklin square
north sh-r-:
great neck, roslyn, syosset, brookville, jericho
south sh-r- has wayyyy more shopping though and nicer beaches. jones beach is in wantagh (a really nice area). live as close to the water as possible!
