Netflix balloon binge
a word for when you binge watch on netflix thinking there are only a couple of episodes left only to discover there are many more seasons. “balloon” refers to a balloon payment on a loan where you pace yourself then have a large amount due all at once at the end.
i was binge watching breaking bad on netflix last weekend when i discovered there were 3 more seasons i hadn’t realized existed. my friday binge watch turned into a weekend long netflix balloon binge.
