someone in the air force who was once a flightline maintainer but has been moved to a non-flightline or “nonner” job.
airman- did you hear ssgt jones got moved to the office?
co-worker- yeah, he was pretty useless so he was lateraly promoted to the flight office. i guess he’s a nontainer now.
