while p-ssing cars on the highway that display barack obama b-mper sticker(s) you turn your head while p-ssing to see if the driver is black or white.

similar to “rubber necking” whereby you turn your head at all angles to try and see the results of a wreck on the highway. obama necking means simply turning your head in all angles as you p-ss slower cars on the highway that are displaying obama ’08 b-mper stickers, to see if the driver is in fact black.
