2. a form of homespun, midwestern demagoguery and fear mongering comprised of a stream of logically unrelated and unsupported talking points uttered by an attractive woman with nice cans and a presumably fine -ss intended to engender loyalty among those inspired by demagoguery, non-sequitors, a great smile, nice t-ts and a presumably fine -ss.
