panda status is the partaking in heavy drinking, on a consistent basis, for a whole day(more than 12 hours), beginning before noon and ending at least after midnight.
must have a buzz (minimum) throughout the day.
called panda status because you can be fine (white) then black out drunk (black) and go back again and never even know it.
