glenn beck, sarah palin, and the tea party pander to h-m-phobia, the nra, oil companies, capitalism/corporations, anti-immigrant groups, pro-life groups, any number of unworthy causes. worse still, they combine that pandering with “american values”, “family values”, and “jesus”/”christian values”, thus cheapening the integrity of a whole nation.
