Pinch and Squint
the action performed by smart phone and tablet users when attempting to navigate a website which has no mobile version. first they “pinch” so the site fits on screen, then they “squint” because it’s too small to see.
i had to do the pinch and squint when subscribing to advertising age magazine and it turns out that i actually ordered 10 years of omfg (official meeting facilities guide).
