p–p digger, either talks a lot of sh-t, or smells like sh-t. most of all these people walk like a penguin..aka waddles around. you can tell these kinds of people by looking at them. pants down low, hat to the side, with their -sses hanging out, smelling like sh-t as you walk by.
that kid over there must be a “p–p digger” acting all macho.
