a p–pabout is a dog owner’s term. it refers to the ritual that dogs must go on a “p–pabout” every morning before their owner’s head off to work. on a “p–pabout,” dogs trace their normal walking paths and p–p from time to time, dropping fecal nuggets of canine information as they read their neigborhood p-mail. p–pabouts can be taken any time of day in any weather and will last anywhere from 10-minutes to 2-hours depending on the dog’s bladder and intestinal capacities.
before heading off to the cube farm today, i took the dog on a p–pabout. it lasted a little longer than usual as he scarfed more than his fair share of chow last night.
