preemptive s-x is the act of having s-x with someone before they realize they want to have s-x with you. its something that you do to someone, similar to “suprise b-ttsecks.” this is a broader defintion that encomp-sses both -n-l intercourse and v-g-n-l intercourse. this is not considered rape, as the person will eventually consent, just not before you have s-x with them.
