QWOL
(cue-wall) similar to the military term awol which stands for “absent without leave”. qwol stands for “quit without leaving” and applies to a person who doesn’t want to work but doesn’t want to quit either.
“murphy screwed me again! he’s been qwol for 6 months now, when are they going to can him?”
