to introduce bugs by being a sub-par developer i.e. when the idiot on your team is doing development. opposite of debugging.
developer 1: what’s cuthbert up to?
developer 2: he’s coding for xyz project.
developer 1: great, he’s busy rebugging.
developer 2: i sure can’t wait to fix it all.
adding bugs; the thing you do to your code between debugging sessions.
i’ve finally finished debugging this function… time to start rebugging again!
