the most deadly and well organized crime syndicate in the world today. the red mafia also referred to as the russian mafia, is a tight nit organization that deals with drug trafficking, prost-tution, varies scams, company fraud, medical fraud, theft, and murder.
although referred to as the russian mafia, the red mafia is composed of multiple ethnic groups from the former soviet union, consisting mostly of russians and ukrainians / jews, georgians, chechens, and armenians.

red mafia is rumored to have 600,000 members worldwide, many of whom operate from different locations in europe, america, and israel.

for instance the believed red mafia’s boss of bosses, semion mogilevich, a ukrainian jew, operates from his headquarters in budapest. he is best known for scamming some 10 billion dollars through the bank of new york from a stock company based in pennsylvania. he is also currently on the fbi’s most wanted list.

since the breakup of the soviet union, the criminals who belonged to organized crime in eastern europe have emigrated to the americas, more specifically brighton beach, also known as “little odessa”, a name branded by the immigrants because it had reminded them of their home back in ukraine of the city odessa which boarded the black sea much like brighton beach.

nonetheless operations were set up all over brighton beach and it wasn’t long before the fbi jammed down on the italian mafioso’s hard enough for the red’s to be the most prominent organized crime syndicate in new york and perhaps the whole america.

there numbers are growing, and if not stopped they might cause more h-ll than the italians could have ever managed.
