when a computer user sees something on the internet that he accidentally p-ssed himself laughing so hard, unfortunately this makes the floor wet. a long version of this term is rolling on floor laughing so hard that a little bit of pee came out. pr-nounced – (rofel-sh-tal-bop-co).
can also rarely be used to describe eastern europeans.
