slow moving traffic on the highway caused by several people driving slowly holding back traffic and preventing anyone from p-ssing them.
on the way to work i ran into horrible traffic. we were moving at about 45 mph on rt3 and when i reached the top of steep hill i could see three -sshole preventing anyone from p-ssing them, causing a rolling cl-ster f-ck.
