Scoop and Hammer


the action of ordering an alcoholic drink at the bar rail. then once the drink is received you reach into the cup/gl-ss with your fingers, scoop out the ice, throw it over your shoulder, and hammer the drink back.

this is usually an action done by people who are already drunk, or people who want to get drunk quickly.
tony was scoop and hammering last night, until the bouncer kicked him out for being too drunk.
