when someone on twitter comments on something a girl says. than a friend says they are slipping in. and another friend says they are slipping in by telling you your slippin in. aka slipception is a chain reaction of slipping in.
girl: “man i wish i could get a good looking guy!!
guy1: “oh im here for you baby gurl!”
guy2: “oh look, theres guy1 tryna slip in”
guy3: “wow guy2 slippin in by saying guy1 is slipping in!”
