snow check is like a rain check but you would have to be really wimpy to cancel anything because of rain so this is the valid excuse version of a raincheck
during the crazy winter of ’10 in ireland everyone had to take snowchecks on everything for 2 full weeks because the whole country had shut down due to excessive snow.
