a cop out…when someone doesn’t want to do the work or be involved. southern england/london usage/origin.
a mechanic arrives, looks at your broken down car, defines that it is not worth his trouble to repair.
he looks at you and states..i’m afraid you are going to need an soc (some other c-nt) to fix that..
(i know grammatically it isn’t correct but that’s how it is used)
