(humorous) a p-n-s, especially a small or disgusting one. used to describe a person, similar to d-ck. however, whereas d-ck is used to describe a mean, rude or unpleasant person, a speg is a particularly gross or unlikeable person. also carries connotations of clumsy, worthless, pitiful, or slow when used to describe someone.
