1. an individual whom exudes greed and is pr-ne to indelible acts of thievery. one whom smiles at you and then steels your debit card and uses your bank account as his own. he is snide and likely to act in a sneedlish manner. very shady character lacking viable friendships.

noun: “let’s get the f-ck out of here, there are way to many stosk’s in here”
“n-body hangs out with that guy. if you hang out with him he will just stosk your wallet and then change the pictures around in your room so that your house appears as though it is his”
