a psuedo combination of the words tacky and delicious. meaning something is very tacky yet undeniably desirable.
heidi and i were discussing my taste in fashion. “gretchen you have such tacky taste in clothes” ” i have delicious taste in clothes but yes undeniably tacky” ..think 80’esque……tacktacious was born.
