a person or persons who walk through public areas (shopping malls, sidewalks, etc) text messaging on their cellphones, not paying attention to their surroundings.
person 1: “see that guy, he nearly ran into that crowd of people cause he wasn’t watching where he was going.”
person 2: “he was text messaging on his cell. he’s a techno-zombie.
