noun: 1. an unexplained gap in time often used as a plot hole in video games cartoons and anime
2. a time skip with no explanation as to how or why it happened
3. a time skip in which nothing happens to said character they simply go from one spot to another with no reasoning behind it with faulty information and little to no explanation what so ever
guy 1: dude how did red get on that mountain is this game? last time he was winning the championship. can this be explained what so ever?
guy 2: no they used a time gap to do all that there is no proper explanation
