Tullah Sheddah
originally derived from the root word tool. over time the level of idiocy of the person being described forced the word to evolve into tool shed, meaning a complete d-bag. on those rare occasions when someone is the ultimate d-bag, they are to be called a tullah sheddah or ultimate tool. abbreviated versions may include simply calling someone a tullah or a sheddah.
nick saw that jed recently spent $500 on dungeons & dragons gear, leading him to reply that jed has become a complete tullah sheddah.
