a person that takes advantage of others by hanging out (or lurking) in a theme park (or destination) only to prey on people & sell cr-ppy non related products to the people that regularly go to such theme parks (or destinations) simply because they truly enjoy/love being there & did not plan to be conned into buying non related products by a vulture.
vivavegas only hung out at the theme park to sell his non theme park related tshirts and not because he loves the theme park or wants to make new friends like the rest of the people spending time there.
