similar to a whoopsie wave, a walleye wave is a misinterpreted wave you receive based upon you thinking that the person with the walleye is looking at you.
i was talking to amy at the party and galen motioned me over with his hand. i walked over to galen and asked him “what’s up?” i turns out that galen was signaling to bill and i was the victim of a walleye wave. thought the dude was looking at me when he was waving to bill.
