Zombie Training


zombie training consist of 5 -7 miles of running under 1 hour, strict diet, random weight training (one should be able to do at least 335 push ups at a moments notice), learning to be a light sleeper, and can engage beast mode as a last resort. it’s extremely intense, but not as intense as 875 zombies running at you, and don’t forget, they run at full speed all the time.
gotta hit up the gym for an intense session of zombie training.
