derogatory term to describe someone, usually a kid, when you’re at a loss for words
you’re relaxing on a park bench and an 8 year old on a bike pedals up from behind b-mping and then grabbing the bench with his hand and holds on, startling you- “hey dingly wert, what are you doing?”
